Functioning

   
Superior opening to eliminate gases.

Door with lateral opening for operator protection.

Collecting tray that makes possible the dewax during burn out process without interruption.
   

Heat elements with high durability, encapsulated and easy substitution.

Thermal isolation of high quality made with plate and ceramic fiber blanket.

Rotatory system moves the flasks in the interior of the furnace, moving the hot gases and providing a heating for equal.
   
Control panel with digital temperature and time programmer, turntable start, drive button for the plate to locate the flasks at the moment to remove them from the furnace.

The digital temperature programmer guarantees the perfect dewax and burn out process because it realizes the burning exactly in the slopes of temperature of the desired cycle.
   
Cycle of Normal Burning - 12/14 hours
Made generally at night - maximum temperature of 740ºC
